The Chinook fishing was decent as far as hooking some real nice Chinook in the 20lb to 30lb range however 90% of those salmon had to be released because they were sporting nice big adipose fins, most of the Chinook are coming from the Clay Bank area but I am sure there are some along the Gig Harbor Shoreline and the Girl Scout Camp to Pt. Dalco area as well. The Pink fishery continues to get better and better every day with fishermen getting limits or close to it most reports are from Redondo to Browns Pt. and Quarter Master Harbor too.
Crabbing has been decent in the usual spots Commencement bay, Dash Pt. and Quarter Master Harbor, they have been thinned out so try different depths and you may have to soak the pots a little longer, etc.
